About Corky Mobile
Corky Moble is a wine bottling truck that serves South Jersey Wineries.
After years of making and enjoying wine all while a close friend of ours kept pursading us to start a mobile wine botting truck to service the area. We finally subcome to her requested a recently started our family run business.
Our Bottling Process
My Site's bottling process is designed to ensure the highest quality for South Jersey Wineries. We handle each step with care and precision to deliver exceptional results. Below is an example of a typical day with us

The truck will arrive at your winery around 8 am

The driver will need one assistant to help set up and sanitize-rinse the equipment (~60 min)

Locate water, sewer, and electric services

Help pull hoses and wires to expedite the connection process

Three assistants will help load & unload bottles from the equipment (~8 hours)

We recommend three employees be available anytime to keep the equipment moving. Stopping/starting the equipment is the most risky part of the operation and should be minimized. ​

One assistant will help the driver rinse and clean the equipment (~60 minutes)

We strive to achieve the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning the equipment promptly after use allows us to accomplish this easily. ​
